Euronext extends acceptance period on Oslo Børs offer

Euronext NV said it amended its offer to acquire the outstanding shares of Oslo Børs VPS Holding ASA by extending the acceptance period to no later than 6 p.m. Amsterdam time April 1.

All other terms of the offer as revised Feb. 11 remain unchanged. Euronext and Nasdaq Inc. have offered 158 Norwegian kroner per share for Oslo Børs in competing takeover bids.

As of March 11, US$1 was equivalent to 8.69 Norwegian kroner.
