Princeton Capital Corp. is delaying the filing of its 2016 annual report, as it has yet to submit quarterly regulatory reports for several quarters of that year.
The company engaged WithumSmith & Brown PC as its independent registered accounting firm in March 2016 to audit its financial statements for the 2015 year and to prepare its quarterly reports for the 2016 year.
Princeton Capital was not able to file its quarterly reports for the quarters ended March 31, 2016, June 30, 2016, and Sept. 30, 2016, as well as the Form 10-K for 2016.
It is "on track" to file the quarterly report for the first quarter of 2016 in April, the company said.
