Harford Bank shareholders to vote on board size increase

Shareholders of Aberdeen, Md.-based Harford Bank will vote on a proposal to increase the size of the board to 15.

There are currently 14 seats on the board and 14 directors up for election. Shareholders had voted in favor of an increase to 14 at the 2017 shareholder meeting.

The Harford shareholder meeting will be held April 25.
