Leonard Green & Partners LP closed its latest flagship fund Green Equity Investors VIII LP and its first middle-market fund Jade Equity Investors LP at their hard caps.

The former investment vehicle collected $12 billion, while the latter obtained $2.75 billion in capital commitments.

The firm's partners committed a total of $750 million across the two funds.
