Banvivienda to offer $2.1M in bonds

Banco Panameño de la Vivienda SA on May 24 will offer a series of six-month commercial securities worth about $2.1 million.

The bank will offer series CO notes yielding at a 3.375% interest rate. The bonds, which will be issued May 26, are part of a $50.0 million issuance program.

The company said it will use the funds to finance the expansion of its productive assets.
