Euronext chairman to step down

Rijnhard van Tets, chairman of Euronext NV's supervisory board, has decided to step down following the company's annual general meeting May 15.

Van Tets has chaired the exchange operator's supervisory board for almost 11 years.

The board has elected current Vice Chairman Dick Sluimers as its next chairman, subject to regulatory approval.
