RingCentral Inc. agreed to buy Dimelo SA, a cloud-based digital customer engagement platform.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The acquisition, expected to close in the fourth quarter, is not estimated to have a material financial impact for the year ending Dec. 31.
RingCentral is a provider of global enterprise cloud communications and collaboration services.
