Prime Financial Group cuts final dividend

Australia's Prime Financial Group Ltd. lowered its final dividend for the fiscal year ended June 30.

The company declared a fully franked final dividend of 0.20 Australian cent per share, down from 0.45 cent per share in the year-ago period, according to an Aug. 30 release.

Together with an interim dividend of 0.20 cent per share, the company's total dividend for the fiscal year amounted to 0.40 cent per share, down from 0.90 cent per share a year earlier.

The final dividend is payable Nov. 1 to shareholders on record as of Sept. 27.
