CMB Wing Lung Bank to list US$2B medium-term note program

CMB Wing Lung Bank Ltd. filed an application to list a US$2 billion euro medium-term note program on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.

The bank applied to list the note program for a 12-month period. The listing of the program is expected to become effective Dec. 31.

The lender plans to issue debt to professional investors through the note program.

Bank of America Merrill Lynch, CMB International, Citigroup and CMB Wing Lung Bank will act as arrangers and dealers for the program.
