Gatling Exploration obtains conditional approval to list on TSX-V

Newly incorporated gold exploration company Gatling Exploration Inc. received conditional approval to list its shares on the TSX Venture Exchange.

The company received the transfer of certain Bonterra Resources Inc. assets, including the Larder Lake gold property in Ontario and approximately C$7 million in cash, after Bonterra completed the acquisition of Metanor Resources Inc. in late September.

Gatling Exploration said Oct. 4 that it expects to start trading under the symbol GTR in the week of Oct. 8.

The company appointed Dale Ginn as president, CEO and a director, Navjit Dhaliwal as executive chairman and a director, and Joseph Meagher as CFO and corporate secretary. Richard Boulay, Leigh Hughes and Carrie Cesarone were also named as directors.
