A joint venture led by boutique investment and development company Campus Realty Advisors and privately held T2 Capital Management acquired a four-property portfolio of student housing communities totaling 2,282 beds.
Dutch investment group Realiance International Real Estate Partners was also an investment partner. Campus Realty will offer asset management services, while Asset Campus Housing will provide property management services.
The properties are in four university markets, including Central Washington University, Stephen F. Austin University, Austin Peay State University and Georgia Southern University.
According to a release, the joint venture will immediately invest "significant additional capital" into the properties for certain renovations.
