Rockwood JV pays $91M for Los Angeles office building

Rockwood Capital LLC and Artisan Realty Advisors LLC acquired the Academy Tower office building in Los Angeles' North Hollywood neighborhood for $91.3 million from Swift Real Estate Partners, The Real Deal reported, citing property records.

The class A eight-story building at 5200 Lankershim Boulevard contains ground-floor retail space, post-production studios and a six-story parking structure. Swift acquired the asset in 2016 for $62 million.

The buyers declined to comment, while Swift did not immediately respond to requests for comment, the publication added.
