Jinli Group Holdings Ltd said its first-quarter normalized net income was NT$1.11 per share, compared with the S&P Capital IQ consensus estimate of NT$1.36 per share.
EPS declined 7.1% year over year from NT$1.20.
Normalized net income, which excludes unusual gains or losses on a pre- and after-tax basis, was NT$211.7 million, a decline of 6.7% from NT$226.8 million in the year-earlier period.
The normalized profit margin declined to 16.5% from 16.9% in the year-earlier period.
Total revenue fell on an annual basis to NT$1.28 billion from NT$1.34 billion, and total operating expenses decreased on an annual basis to NT$943.5 million from NT$975.4 million.
Reported net income decreased year over year to NT$228.1 million, or NT$1.20 per share, from NT$234.3 million, or NT$1.24 per share.
As of May 12, US$1 was equivalent to NT$30.75.
