Maybank Kim Eng Securities (Thailand) lowers FY'17 final dividend

Maybank Kim Eng Securities (Thailand) PCL lowered its final dividend for the 2017 full year.

The company's board proposed a final dividend of 45 Thai satang per share for 2017, down from 95 satang per share for 2016.

Including an interim dividend of 65 satang per share, the company's total dividend for 2017 came to 1.10 baht per share, down from 1.70 baht per share for the year prior.

The dividend, which is subject to shareholder approval, will be paid on April 18.

Maybank Kim Eng Securities (Thailand) is a unit of Malayan Banking Bhd.

As of Jan. 31, US$1 was equivalent to 31.34 Thai baht.
