DaFa Properties Group to issue US$200M of senior notes

DaFa Properties Group Ltd. is issuing US$200 million of 11.5% senior notes due 2021.

The notes will mature on Jan. 27, 2021, unless redeemed earlier, while the interest on the notes will be payable in arrears July 29 and Jan. 27, 2021.

The Chinese property developer intends to use net proceeds of the offering to refinance certain of its existing debt.

HSBC, Credit Suisse, CMB International, Barclays, Deutsche Bank, HeungKong Financial and Haitong International are the joint global coordinators, the joint book runners and joint lead managers for the offering.
