Kenedix Office sets guidance for 2 fiscal periods

Kenedix Office Investment Corp. provided its financial guidance for the six-month periods ending Oct. 31 and April 30, 2019.

For May 1 to Oct. 31, the Japanese trust expects operating revenues and operating, ordinary and net income to reach ¥15.33 billion, ¥7.05 billion, about ¥6.00 billion and roughly ¥6.00 billion, respectively.

For Nov. 1 to April 30, 2019, Kenedix Office said its estimated operating revenues and operating, ordinary and net income will come in at ¥15.09 billion, ¥7.02 billion, ¥5.96 billion and ¥5.96 billion.

Distribution for both fiscal periods is expected at ¥13,200 per unit, excluding excess of earnings.

As of June 15, US$1 was equivalent to ¥110.52.
