Dean Withers, who remained F & M Bank Corp.'s CEO for a transition period in connection with his retirement, retired June 28.

Withers, who served as president and CEO of F & M Bank Corp., will remain a director of the company and its unit, Farmers & Merchants Bank. Mark Hanna, who was appointed president of both F & M Bank Corp. and the bank in December 2017, was named to the additional role of CEO of both F & M Bank Corp. and the bank, effective July 1.
