In Illinois, Longview Capital units complete merger

In Illinois, State Bank of Chrisman and First National Bank in Georgetown completed their merger, according to the former's Facebook page. As the surviving entity, State Bank of Chrisman changed its name to Longview Bank & Trust.

As of Sept. 30, 2016, Longview Bank & Trust had total assets of $86.3 million, and First National Bank in Georgetown had $55.4 million in total assets.

The two banks are subsidiaries of Newman, Ill.-based Longview Capital Corp.
