Cenkos Securities 2018 dividend down YOY

U.K.-based Cenkos Securities PLC will pay out a full-year dividend of 4.5 pence per share for 2018, down from 9.0 pence per share in 2017.

The company proposed a 2018 final dividend of 2.5 pence per share, down from 4.5 pence per share in 2017.

It will be paid May 31 to shareholders on the register at May 3, subject to approval at the May 15 annual general meeting.

Cenkos Securities posted profit attributable to equity holders of the company of £2.35 million for 2018, down from £7.21 million in 2017.
