AU Small Finance Bank to sell shares, warrants to Temasek unit

AU Small Finance Bank Ltd. plans to raise up to 10 billion Indian rupees by issuing equity shares and convertible warrants.

The Indian bank said May 21 that it will issue 4,330,441 equity shares to Camas Investments Pte. Ltd. at 692.77 rupees per share, or about 3 billion rupees in the aggregate. The bank also proposed to issue 10,104,364 convertible warrants to Camas Investments at 692.77 rupees each, aggregating to 7 billion rupees.

Camas Investments is a subsidiary of Temasek Holdings (Pvt.) Ltd.

As of May 21, US$1 was equivalent to 68.12 Indian rupees.
