Oversea-Chinese Banking to redeem US$1B of notes

Oversea-Chinese Banking Corp. Ltd. on March 12 plans to redeem outstanding notes from its US$1 billion issuance of 3.15% subordinated notes.

The notes were due to mature March 11, 2023, and were issued under the bank's US$10 billion global medium-term note program.

Following the redemption, the notes will be cancelled and then delisted from the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Ltd.
