Former Wells Fargo advisers form investment advisory firm

Former Wells Fargo advisers Sarah Berry and Michael Machnowski launched The Berry Group, a registered investment advisory firm based in Worcester, Mass.

Also joining Berry and Machnowski are Oliver Cragan, a wealth adviser, and Cathy McGinty, a senior client service officer.

The Berry Group will use TradePMR for technology and custodial support and utilize First Clearing, a trade name used by Wells Fargo Clearing Services LLC, for securities execution and brokerage clearance.

Berry and Machnowski managed $575 million in client assets at Wells Fargo, according to InvestmentNews.
