ANGI Homeservices Inc. promoted Chief Product Officer Brandon Ridenour to CEO of the company, succeeding Chris Terrill.

Terrill will remain CEO of the company until a transition period is completed by the end of the year, upon which Terrill will step down as chief executive and from the company's board and continue on with the company in an advisory capacity.

Following the transition period, Ridenour will join ANGI Homeservices' board along with President and COO Craig Smith.
