Jordan Co. to acquire Sabre Industries

Jordan Co. LP, through an affiliate of The Resolute Fund IV LP, entered into a definitive agreement to buy Sabre Industries Inc. from Kohlberg Investors VII LP, a fund managed by Kohlberg & Co. LLC.

The transaction is in partnership with Sabre's current management led by CEO Jim Ruddy and is expected to support the growth of the target company.
