Firm Capital Mortgage makes senior management changes

Firm Capital Mortgage Investment Corp. has made senior management changes.

The company named Jonathan Mair executive vice president and COO, effective March 29. Mair has served as CFO since 1999.

Boris Baril will assume the role of CFO, effective April 1. Baril joined the Firm Capital Organization as group CFO in August 2017.

The company named Sandy Poklar executive vice president and managing director of finance, also effective April 1. Poklar, who currently serves as COO, will monitor all capital markets and capital raising initiatives.
