Banyan Tree Holdings Ltd. said S$50.0 million of its 6.25% fixed-rate notes due May 30 were fully repaid and canceled.

The series 006 notes were issued in 2012 under the company's S$700.0 million multicurrency medium-term note program.

As of June 1, US$1 was equivalent to S$1.39.
