Encana CFO to retire; successor named

Encana Corp. named Corey Code CFO, succeeding Sherri Brillon, who will retire at the end of May.

Code, who recently served as vice president for investor relations and strategy, was also appointed executive vice president of Encana, according to a March 21 news release. His appointment as CFO and executive vice president will take effect May 1.

Encana is a Calgary, Alberta-based exploration and production company with natural gas, oil and NGL assets in the Montney and Duvernay plays in British Columbia and Alberta; and the Eagle Ford Shale and Permian Basin in Texas, among others.
