Banco do Nordeste do Brasil names 3 new directors

Banco do Nordeste do Brasil SA has named three new directors that will take the helm for the 2017-2019 term.

Shareholders of the bank approved the appointments of Júlio Alexandre Menezes da Silva as representative of the ministry of planning, development and management; Alan Gutierri Brasiliano de Sousa as representative of employees; and José Lucenildo Parente Pimentel as representative of minority holders of common shares.

The new appointees will join re-elected board members Ricardo Soriano de Alencar and Jeferson Luis Bittencourt, who are representatives of the finance ministry, and Marcos Costa Holda, who was reappointed as a normal member.
