Tennessee-based Truxton shifts to quarterly dividends from semiannual payouts

Truxton Corp.'s board declared its first quarterly cash dividend of 20 cents per share, payable March 29 to shareholders of record as of March 8.

The Nashville, Tenn.-based company, the parent of Truxton Trust Co., previously paid dividends on a semiannual basis.
