SilverCrest Metals Inc. said it raised about C$25.3 million under a previously announced C$22 million bought-deal offering for continued exploration and advancement of the Las Chispas silver project in Mexico to feasibility level and for working capital purposes.
The company said the overallotment option was exercised in full, resulting in 4,326,300 shares at C$5.85 each being issued.
Additionally, SSR Mining Inc. agreed to purchase 780,000 shares at the same issue price for a total of C$4.6 million in a separate nonbrokered private placement.
