Terry Stark was tapped as its new general manager for mining operations of TNG Ltd.
Centamin PLC said Catharine Farrow and Marna Cloete assumed independent nonexecutive director roles on its board. Alison Baker left as a nonexecutive director, effective immediately, to pursue other interests.
Orrie Fenn took up a seat on GoldStone Resources Ltd.'s board as an independent nonexecutive director, effective immediately.
Ragnar Metals Ltd. appointed Steve Formica as nonexecutive chairman, effective immediately, in lieu of Sara Kelly, who resigned to concentrate on other business interests.

Mexican Gold Corp. CFO Gavin Nelson quit from the company, with Michael Kanevsky succeeding Nelson in the role.
Juan Carlos Giron Jr. was tapped as CFO and president for Comstock Mining Inc.
PPX Mining Corp. said Natasha Tsai was selected to replace Meri Verli as CFO. Felix Navarro-Grau Hurtado vacated his seat on the board.

Director Brendan Borg was promoted to managing director for Tempus Resources Ltd.
Galan Lithium Ltd. added Daniel Jiménez Schuster to its board as an independent nonexecutive director.
Aidan Platel accepted the managing director role for Auroch Minerals Ltd. Chris Hansen replaced Adam Santa Maria as a nonexecutive director. Meanwhile, Ryan Gaffney quit as a nonexecutive director.
