Malaysia's IHH Healthcare says indirect subsidiary dissolves voluntarily

Malaysia-based IHH Healthcare Bhd. said an indirect subsidiary was dissolved on May 10.

Poliklinika Acibadem Sistina Bitola 27, a Macedonia-based provider of outpatient medical services, was dissolved in relation to a voluntary winding up by its members.

IHH Healthcare said the dissolution will not affect its issued share capital and substantial shareholders' shareholdings. In addition, there will be no material effect on the healthcare services provider's earnings or net assets for the year ending Dec. 31.
