The board of Swedish diversified real estate company Diös Fastigheter AB proposed a per-share dividend for 2017 of 2.90 Swedish kronor, up 45% from the 2.00 kronor distributed for 2016.
The sum would be split into two equal payments, according to a release.
As of Feb. 15, US$1 was equivalent to 7.96 Swedish kronor.
