Noble Midstream Partners LP general partner Noble Midstream GP LLC appointed Rachel Clingman to its board of directors, according to an Aug. 13 securities filing.

Clingman is senior vice president, general counsel and secretary of Noble Energy Inc. and is the company's designee to the board.

Noble Midstream provides crude oil, natural gas and water-related midstream services in the DJ Basin in Colorado and the Delaware Basin in Texas.
