AMMB Holdings issues 350M ringgit of notes

Malaysia's AMMB Holdings Bhd. issued subordinated notes worth 350 million ringgit.

The notes were issued March 14 under the company's subordinated note program of up to 10 billion ringgit, according to a March 15 release.

The notes bear an annual interest rate of 5.23% and a maturity period of 10 years, not callable for the first five years.

As of March 15, US$1 was equivalent to 3.92 Malaysian ringgit.
