Howsy buys UK online property-letting agency Upad

U.K.-based online property-management platform Howsy, formally known as No Agent Technologies Ltd., purchased London-based online property-letting agency Upad from the latter's liquidators.

The transaction covers several Upad assets, including its company name, contracts and operating platform.

Upad, which will continue to operate under its name, was recently reported to be shutting down after founder James Davis had a personal health scare in 2018.
