Natixis Securities Americas appoints head of CLO banking

New York-based Natixis Securities Americas LLC appointed Chris Gilbert head of U.S. collateralized loan obligation banking and David Williams head of U.S. global structured credit solutions capital markets.

Gilbert joined the company in 2005 as a CLO structurer. In his new position, he will oversee deal execution, as well as developing and managing client relationships.
