Icon Co. plans to build a $150 million, 675-unit residential complex at its mixed-use project in Los Angeles' Panorama City neighborhood, The Real Deal reported, citing a notice filed with the Department of City Planning.

The Icon at Panorama City, a 9-acre project at 14651-14697 W.
