U.K. homebuilder Persimmon PLC said its EPS for the first half came to £1.29 per share, compared with £1.30 per share in the prior-year period.
Profit from operations for the six months ended June 30 totaled £506.0 million, down 1.5% from £513.8 million in the prior-year period.
Profit after tax totaled £411.2 million, a decrease from £418.9 million in the prior-year period.
Total revenue fell on an annual basis to £1.75 billion from £1.84 billion.
The company sold 7,584 new homes during the six-month period, down from 8,072 new homes in the same period in 2018. The average selling price rose year over year to £216,942 from £215,813.
