S&P withdraws short-term issuer credit rating on First Republic Bank

S&P Global Ratings withdrew its A-2 short-term issuer credit rating on First Republic Bank, at the issuer's request.

The A- long-term issuer credit rating on the San Francisco-based bank is unchanged.

The outlook on the long-term rating remains stable.
