Buenos Aires-based HSBC Bank Argentina SA said it raised about 5.00 billion Argentine pesos through the offering of two tranches of negotiable bonds.

In an oversubscribed offering, the bank received 2.10 billion pesos in offers for its 36-month series 9 bonds, for which it will issue 997.8 million pesos.
