Jane Fields Wicker-Miurin will join Prudential PLC's board as a nonexecutive director on Sept. 3.

She has been a partner of international social enterprise Leader's Quest since 2002.


Principal Financial Group Inc. hired Sri Reddy as senior vice president in retirement and income solutions, or RIS, effective Sept. 4.

He will take charge of the company's annuities, full service payout and principal bank businesses. He succeeds Jerry Patterson, who now leads Principal Financial's full service retirement and individual investor businesses in RIS.

Reddy formerly served as senior vice president and head of full service investments for Prudential Retirement, which is part of Prudential Financial Inc.


Tetsuya Kikuta was elected to Protective Life Corp.'s board, increasing the size of the board to 11 from 10.

The appointment took effect Aug. 6.


Northwestern Mutual recruited Sheila Lirio Marcelo to join the company's board.

Her appointment became effective July 13.

She is the founder, chair and CEO of Inc.

Northwestern Mutual is the marketing name for Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Co.


Saga PLC Group CFO Jonathan Hill will step down from the role and as a director of the company on Sept. 28.


Romania's Groupama Asigurari appointed Stefan Stavrositu national sales director, reported.

He will replace Julien Ramilion, who assumed another role within the international group.

Stavrositu previously managed the sales departments of Eurolife and NN Asigurari de Viata SA.

Property and casualty

Charles Taylor Adjusting Ltd. added James Norman as strategy and business development director and Sean O'Dowd as legal counsel and compliance officer.

Prior to joining Charles Taylor, Norman worked as a regional practice head at KPMG East Africa Ltd. O'Dowd was legal group executive for a loss adjusting and claims management firm in its South Africa division.
