Corestate Capital buys Berlin office asset in JV transaction

Corestate Capital Holding SA purchased the Tempelhof Twins office property in Berlin, which has an investment volume of about €86 million.

The Luxembourg-based real estate investment manager partnered with co-investors Carlyle Group LP's global real estate multi-manager arm Metropolitan Real Estate and a Bluerock Group fund on the joint venture transaction.

The office complex has a total rentable area of about 22,300 square meters, with about 270 parking spaces.
