Rock Hill Capital closes recapitalization of electric utility services company

Houston-based private equity firm Rock Hill Capital Group LLC, which backs small-to-lower middle market companies in the U.S. South and Southeast, recapitalized KVP Holdings LLC through its Rock Hill Capital III LP fund.

The Andrews, Texas-based company, also known as kV Power, provides outsourced construction and maintenance services to regional electric utilities and oil-and-gas operators.

Mutual of Omaha Bank and Winston & Strawn provided debt financing and legal representation services, respectively, for the transaction.
