Bank Zachodni to establish €5B Euro medium-term notes program

Bank Zachodni WBK SA will establish a Euro medium-term notes program, with an aggregate principal amount of notes outstanding at any time not exceeding €5 billion, or the equivalent in other currencies.

The notes will be registered in the international central securities depository, which is operated by Euroclear Bank or Clearstream Banking.

The notes could be accepted for trading on regulated markets such as the Dublin Stock Exchange or the Warsaw Stock Exchange, if the bank and Luxembourg choose to apply.
