Finland's OP Corporate Bank issues €500M bonds

Finland-based OP Yrityspankki Oyj, or OP Corporate Bank, issued international bonds totaling €500 million, Cbonds reported.

The notes, which will mature Jan. 18, 2027, carry a coupon of 0.6%.

Bank of America Merrill Lynch, BNP Paribas, Deutsche Bank and OP Corporate Bank (Pohjola Bank) acted as book runners on the deal.

OP Corporate Bank is a unit of OP Financial Group.
