U.K.-based middle-market private equity firm Endless LLP purchased American Golf, a European golf retailer, for an undisclosed sum, the PE Hub Network reported, citing a news release.

The transaction covers 112 out of 132 American Golf retail stores in the U.K. and Ireland, as well as the websites Americangolf.co.uk and Onlinegolf.co.uk.

Endless Partner Tom Jack and Investment Director Richard Harrison will join American Golf's board.

Addleshaw Goddard provided legal advice to Endless, while KPMG provided tax advice.
