Helma Eigenheimbau AG said its second-half normalized net income came to €1.89 per share, an increase of 9.9% from €1.72 per share in the prior-year period.
Normalized net income, which excludes unusual gains or losses on a pre- and after-tax basis, was €7.3 million, an increase of 23.5% from €5.9 million in the year-earlier period.
Total revenue climbed 26.9% year over year to €133.6 million from €105.3 million, and total operating expenses grew 27.2% from the prior-year period to €120.8 million from €95.0 million.
Reported net income rose 15.0% year over year to €7.8 million, or €2.03 per share, from €6.8 million, or €1.98 per share.
For the year, the company's normalized net income totaled €2.50 per share, compared with the S&P Capital IQ consensus normalized EPS estimate of €2.72.
EPS rose 17.9% from €2.12 in the prior year.
Normalized net income was €9.3 million, a rise of 30.4% from €7.1 million in the prior year.
Full-year total revenue rose 23.5% year over year to €210.6 million from €170.5 million, and total operating expenses grew 23.2% year over year to €192.9 million from €156.6 million.
The company said reported net income grew 22.4% year over year to €10.0 million, or €2.69 per share, in the full year, from €8.1 million, or €2.43 per share.
