Coface SA's Polish subsidiary, Coface Poland Factoring Sp. z o.o., secured a two-year, €300 million syndicated multicurrency loan.
The syndicated loan partly replaces existing bilateral credit lines, according to a news release. The loan can be extended by one year.
The parent company said the facility boosts the group's financial flexibility and extends the maturity of its refinancing debt.
Crédit Agricole CIB, HSBC, ING Bank Slaski and Natixis are acting as mandated lead arrangers and book runners, while Banco Santander, Commerzbank and Société Générale CIB are the mandated lead arrangers.
Natixis is acting as documentation agent and Crédit Agricole CIB as facility agent.
