Just Energy closes redemption of 5.75% convertible debentures

Just Energy Group Inc. has closed the redemption of its 5.75% convertible debentures that were scheduled to mature on Sept. 30.

The company paid a redemption price of C$1,028.0411 for each C$1,000 principal amount of debentures. The redemption price includes principal amount plus all accrued unpaid interests, less any taxes required to be deducted or withheld, according to a March 27 release.
